1. Data Collection

We collect account information, CRM customer records, uploaded knowledge base documents, and messaging telemetry required to execute multi-channel AI operations.

2. Multi-Tenant Isolation & Security

All tenant data is strictly partitioned via PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) policies and encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).

3. Zero Third-Party Selling

We never sell, rent, or trade your business data or customer chat conversations with third-party data brokers.

4. Data Rights & Exports

You may export your CRM records or request permanent workspace deletion at any time via Dashboard → Account.
