1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to SabiBio ("Platform"), operated by Sabi AI Technologies Ltd. By registering or using our AI customer operations platform, page builder, and messaging connectors, you agree to these Terms.

2. Platform Usage & Quotas

Usage limits (AI messages, CRM leads, active workspaces) correspond to your chosen subscription tier. Scraping, unauthorized access, or attempting to compromise multi-tenant isolation is strictly prohibited.

3. Messaging Channel Compliance

You agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policies and Telegram Bot Terms of Service when connecting third-party messaging channels.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically per selected billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the paid term.

5. Limitation of Liability

SabiBio provides AI assistance services on an "as-is" basis. Sabi AI Technologies Ltd. is not liable for carrier network downtime or upstream provider API outages.
